Indeed, the Portland Rack can hold up to 10kg of weight, regardless of distribution. The use of Aluminium also means it will stand the test of time - no risk of corrosion here! In terms of installation, the Basil Portland Front Carrier Rack is able to be fitted to bicycles with wheel sizes from 26-28", provided their front axle length is between 12 and 13".
